Image Ownership & Consent Policy

1. User Ownership

You maintain ownership of the original images you upload to the Service.D15 Labs grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated caricatures for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

2. Mandatory Consent

By uploading an image containing a person, you represent and warrant that you have the explicit consent of the individual depicted to process their image through the Service. You are solely responsible for any third-party claims arising from unauthorized use.

3. License Grant to D15 Labs

To provide the Service, you grant D15 Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded images for the sole purpose of generating caricatures. We do not store or claim ownership of your input images.

4. Usage of Minors

Uploading images of individuals under the age of 18 (minors) is permitted ONLY if you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor depicted and explicitly consent to the processing of their image for caricature generation.

5. Showcase and Marketing

We will not use your generated caricatures for public marketing or our showcase gallery without your prior, explicit written or digital consent. We do not store or retain your original input images.

6. Infringement Claims

If you believe your image has been used or processed without your consent by another user, please contact our support team immediately for investigation and potential content removal.
