Refund / Billing Policy

1. Payment Processing
Payment for caricatures or credit packages is processed through our secure, third-party payment partner. We do not store your credit card information directly on our servers.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased through the Service are non-transferable and do not have a cash value. They may expire if specified at the time of purchase or if the Service is permanently discontinued.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are generally not provided for digital assets and consumable credits after they have been used. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion for technical failures where the Service failed to generate an output.
4. Dispute Process
Any billing disputes or refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the transaction date. Please include your order details and a description of the issue for timely resolution.
5. Price Changes
D15 Labs reserves the right to adjust the pricing for credits or services at any time. Any price changes will be clearly updated on our pricing page and will not affect previously purchased credits.
6. Subscription Cancellation
If the Service offers subscriptions, you can cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be refunded for any remaining period.
