By accessing and using Backyard Caricature ("the Service"), provided by D15 Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Backyard Caricature is an AI-powered artistic platform that transforms user-uploaded images into unique caricatures. We utilize advanced machine learning models to analyze and re-render images as part of the Backyard Studio experience.

3. User Accounts & Credits

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policyor in cases of confirmed technical failure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of D15 Labs. Your rights to generated images are governed by our Image Ownership & Consent Policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where D15 Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
